PR: LPC will create a series of 3 press releases highlighting distinct products that will be displayed at the show. LPC will craft the message to position the products in the appropriate mind of the potential customer and will work with industry publications for placement of press releases, and potential editorial visit to the client’s booth during the show. LPC can write (and manage) Twitter feeds during the show. This same information should be distributed by the company directly through their website, emails and newsletters. LPC can help with that.
Target Customer Marketing: LPC can help design (print and electronic) an invitation to be sent to customers/target audience inviting them to visit your Pack Expo booth. Invitation will highlight key reasons to visit the booth.
Voice of the Customer: Pack Expo is a great place to get ‘live’ voice of the customer research. LPC can offer customized programs. For example, LPC can work with clients to schedule 15 minute live interviews with customers/potential customers to gain insight to their views of the client, their purchasing needs and the pain points they experience in their business. This research information is critical to ensure appropriate focus on the future and the needs of the customer. Or, LPC can design a computer run survey, to be placed in a private corner of the booth where customers can anonymously participate for 5 minutes or less while visiting the booth. LPC will design the VOC questionnaire, and prepare a written report of the study findings within 2 weeks after the close of the show.
Collateral: LPC can write, design and manage the printing of trade show collateral that focuses on products and benefits displayed at the show. From data sheets to brochures, power point presentations to product videos, LPC can manage the message and the execution of the materials you need to ensure customers leave your Pack Expo booth armed with knowledge and data to start the conversation with your company.
Lead Management: One of the primary goals of exhibiting at a trade show is to meet new potential customers. Gathering leads, qualifying leads and post-show follow-up are critical to ensuring that you’ve maximized your Pack Expo investment. LPC can help design a lead management/execution program. Working with your internal database system, or creating one for you, LPC can gather the necessary information at the show, research the necessary information to qualify the leads, and manage the follow-up with your staff to ensure that you are getting the greatest opportunity for every lead gathered at the show.
Market Intelligence: No other venue is as valuable as a trade show floor for gathering competitive and industry intelligence. LPC staff can gather competitive and industry intelligence by walking the floor, attending seminars and networking with companies to gather industry data. (Hmmm….really need to think about this….maybe we just offer market intelligence (not competitive) by attending industry events, and write them a summary, rather than ‘spying’ on their competitors.)
